Former Wallace chef Joel Miller and 213 Hospitality's Dave Fernie combine forces for E Stretto—Italian translation: "it's tight"—a casual gourmet sandwich shop at the front of Bar Clacson. Stacks of specialty, imported meats and cheeses get a very soigné upgrade with house-made sauces and spreads, while salads, sides, olives, and charcuterie and cheese boards round out the menu. Wash it all down with a few of the deli's low-intervention wines on the patio, for best results.
