Easter brunch at Dia de Campo will feature exclusive dishes like the bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapenos ($8), wood grilled albacore ($15), ancho braised lamb shoulder ($16), uni and green apple avocado toast ($11) and more. There will also be two exclusive drinks for Easter including the Ryseing Son, with rye whiskey, agave and blood orange shrug; and She is Risen with white wine, elderflower and G-fruit bitters.
