Expect to see young professionals and UCLA students with a precocious taste in battery acid licking foam mustaches from their lips, while making use of the free WiFi on Espresso Profeta's ivy-overgrown patio. With a pleasant hybrid of SoCal atmosphere and Tuscan décor, this rustic mud hole serves first-rate Americanos to Westwood locals in search of some post-yoga, pre-deadline caffeination.

Such a cute coffee shop in Westwood Village that isn't TOO overrun with UCLA students. It's helpful that there are no outlets for lingering over laptops, but also, it's kind of unhelpful too. The patio outside is a nice place to sit with a cup of coffee. Try the Caffe Nico at least once, and if you become a regular customer, sign up for their frequent customer program. I think it's buy 10 cups, get one free. Just give your name to the cashier.
