Who said healthy food can't be fast and affordable? Everytable is a restaurant concept that is designed to answer the need for low cost yet wholesome meals. The grab-and-go spot offers ready-made dishes to serve the inner city communities of L.A. Choose from dozens of hot and cold bowls, like the Vietnamese chicken salad with lemongrass chicken, mung bean noodeles, cauliflower and kale, and the Yucatan chili with chickpeas, kidney beans, white mushrooms, zucchini, corn and tortilla chips.

Healthy food is not a luxury and should never have been -- I love that Everytable is on a mission to make healthy food accessible for everyone. They price based on neighborhood income and are bringing healthy food to the communities that need it most. The concept is extremely unique and for healthy food, the meals are delicious and the flavors are complex. My personal favorites are the Vietnamese Chicken Salad, and the Kale Caesar. None of the meals are more than $8 and in some locations the meals are priced between $4-$6. Hopefully we'll soon live in a world where families don't have to default to fast food because they don't have other options. PRO TIP: the kids meals (cauliflower pizza and spaghetti squash and meatballs) are actually quite filling and extremely delicious!
