Chef Benjamin Ford (yes, he's the son of Harrison) is talented, but the staff at his restaurant seem to have trouble keeping up with the crowds: after a deluge of favorable reviews hit the press, the average waiting time before getting a table has risen and there have been many complaints about bad service. And while the kitchen offers decent variations on gastro pub favorites such as fish and chips, it's not up to the ambitious standards that Ford set at some of his previous restaurants.
