During the 70-plus years it's been in business, the oldest restaurant in Santa Monica has accumulated an amiable clutter of nautical junk lit by garish fairy lights, not to mention a cluster of jocular local characters at the bar. The steaks and seafood are surprisingly good, and the house special salad dressing is delicious.
