George Motz's Burger Day at Smorgasburg

Hamburger expert, author and Burger Land host George Motz is curating a burger alley at Smorgasburg that's set to be meaty, cheesy and so much more than your average beef-between-buns fare. Cassell's, Pie N' Burger, Motz and even Eggslut's Alvin Cailan will be slinging more traditional burgers, while Burgerlords is handing off vegan bacon cheeseburgers, the NoMad Truck's truffled chicken burger makes a comeback, and Las Vegas's Fukuburger hits the food fest with Japanese-inspired options. All of this, of course, is in addition to Smorgasburg's usual massive lineup of vendors—so bring an appetite.
