With organic fare like the free-range chicken chipotle sandwich and the Mother Trucker Vegan Burger, there's little else this green-meals-on-wheels business could have named itself. Some debate the truck's eco-friendliness—is the kitchen solar-powered? does the tank run on biodiesel?—but that mainly detracts from what really matters here: tasty, fresh-made, and, yes, super healthy, grub.
