Our wine list comes almost directly from our Wine Country Wednesdays where you help make the choice of what's on our list. Our 16 craft beer taps are chosen through our Meet The Brewer Thursdays and your grading of those beers. Our chef,Laurent Saussy,who heads the menu creation process at Bar Esquina in Cabo San Lucas,Brick and Mortar in Santa Monica and Formosa in Hollywood is an artist as well as a chef and you'll feel it in all our plates.
