Guest Chef Series at Hinoki & the Bird

Yet another incredible dinner series is hitting Hinoki & the Bird's kitchen for your taste buds' pleasure. Starting this October, guest chefs will join Brandon Kida and share menus inspired by their travels around the globe. To launch the series, chef Perfecto Rocher (smoke.oil.salt) will take over the dinner menu every Sunday and Monday of the month, serving dishes inspired by his experiences in Spain.
