"As they judge of cheese, so judge they of books," wrote cheese aficionado and poet John Heywood, after whom this dairy-loving cafe is named. And we think that between perfectly-grilled sandwiches like the Bon Appetite Brie (triple cream French brie with fig jam on cinnamon raisin bread) and the Caprese (California-made mozzarella, basil, tomatoes and walnu pesto on sourdough), there's enough variety on the menu to withstand even the harshest cheese critics.
