Run by a culinary team that includes Otium and Bestia alums, Intercrew’s dinner menu features premium delights like A5 Japanese wagyu, served with yuzukosho chili paste, and a dry-aged duck breast that marries the signature crisp of Peking duck to a richer traditional French preparation.
