This family-owned, organic-focused kebab shop offers classic, customizable pita wraps and salads built from all-natural ingredients: Mary's Organic Chicken, organic beef, vegan seitan, house-made hummus from organic chickpeas and a rainbow of fresh vegetables. Of course it's not all so old-school. Robot-like machines slice meat off the rotating spits, while a few modern-minded items—such as curry gravy fries, also available in a vegan variety—dot the menu. Wash it all down with craft beer and a handful of organic wines.
