Le Bistro opened in December of 2011 by Franck (executive chef) and Laura Lamonica (dining room coordinator). Le Bistro offers a menu with salads, pasta, crepes, pizzas, and a wide array of specials that change weekly such as rack of lamb, flat iron steaks, filets mignon, duck a lorange and fresh fish such as sand dabs brought in fresh several times a week. Also on the menu is french onion soup, escargots, sweet corn bisque,lobster bisque, truffle salted french fries and fried calamari strips and dip. The grand Marnier soufflé for the dessert is the house specialty. All of our dishes are prepared a la minute and are all homemade, from start to your table.
