Located on Calamigos Ranch, which was created by Grant and Helen Walter Gerson more than 50 years ago, the restaurant is still owned and operated by members of the Gerson family who strive to provide a dining experience that honors both their cowboy and cowgirl ancestors and the rustic California heritage that inspired it.
