Is there anything more perfect for the first rays of summer sunshine than a heaping tray of BBQ? The Arts District's charming robataya and sushi spot, Inko Nito, doesn't think so—and to celebrate Memorial Day, it's offering an all-weekend special that puts a little Japanese spin on some of America's favorite foods.
Saturday through Monday, take a seat in the moody, modern digs or outside on the lush, plant-bedecked patio and order up a $45 BBQ platter big enough to share (or, you know, hoard for yourself). Each tray includes a rack of gochujang BBQ pork ribs with spicy sesame glaze; corn on the cob with smoked chili butter; a meat luge of bone marrow served with garlic toast; and a baked sweet potato with yuzu-kosho sour cream and crispy garlic. Wash it all down with $8 Maker's Mark cocktails all weekend long.
If you really want to party, stop by on Sunday: From 3-8pm you can catch a DJ set on the patio, providing you with a soundtrack for consuming all that 'cue.
