The notion of kosher Mexican food may at first seem a little strange—pork-less tacos? No cheese or sour cream?—but all we've got to say is don't knock it before you've tried it. The fun-loving servers and cooks here know exactly what they're doing, with lemony flame-broiled chicken and juicy birria appearing in taquitos, burritos, tacos and nachos, supplemented, of course, with one of the house's spectacular salsas.
