Time Out says

If you haven’t yet indulged in the mouth-watering, modern Italian cuisine at the Four Seasons Hotel’s swanky Culina restaurant, this is the time to do so. Take your taste buds to the cobblestone streets of Italy with an authentic five-course meal from Michelin-starred Chef Vito Mollica of Il Palagio Ristorante at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. In celebration of Culina’s fifth year anniversary, this world-renowned chef will dish out the likes of sea bass and beef fillet carpaccio with bone marrow, sea urchin and citrus dressing; handmade ravioli carbonara with prosciutto wrapped egg yolk, mascarpone and pancentta; and mascarpone ingot with caramelized nuts and coffee ice cream. Mollica will also serve up an equally drool-worthy à la carte menu for afternoon diners.
