Time Out says

One of NYC's coolest pastry pop-ups lands in Los Angeles this weekend, and it's helping one of our favorite causes.

Storied pastry chef and Southern California native Natasha Pickowicz launched her pickup-only pop-up Never Ending Taste to help raise money for causes and collab with fellow pastry chefs, and since the summer, it's grown to a sold-out and anticipated event peddling cakes and sorbets and pies and fruit boats, always for activism and community and always with a different menu.

On Saturday it crops up at Kismet, where Pickowicz is teaming up with L.A. pastry chef and cake genius Sasha Piligian to bring us fancy layer cake featuring black sesame and coconut ($12); brown butter date blondies ($6); passion fruit semifreddo ($12); a savory greens pie ($12); baba rhum ($12); and purple shiso party water ($3), a Never Ending Taste regular in rotating flavors.

How can a pastry pop-up get even sweeter? The whole event benefits No Us Without You, a local organization feeding undocumented unemployed restaurant workers and their families.

Make sure you order ahead online to secure your goods before popping by the Los Feliz restaurant and getting a taste of these ideally never-ending pastries for yourself.
