The food is pretty much the same from when it was Bachi Burger – which was big in Vegas and then came over to the Sawtelle area. When I’ve gone, service was usually really slow (they seem to hire anyone, even if no remote experience in serving) which is fine if you have a lot of time.

When it was Bachi Burger they used to have a burger called the “Mr Miyagi” which is now called “Daniel-San’s Buger” – omg SO GOOD. It has everything on it – egg, bacon, crispy onion rings. And then you used to be able to order it on a taro bun, not sure if you can stil do that now, but still so bomb regardless.

The burgers are expensive ($15 average) and it doesn’t come with any sides (order that separately) but they are pretty stacked so you will be full.

The truffle parmesan fries and the sweet potato fries are crispy and good too.

There are a LOT of burger places in the city - this is one of my favorite ones. Totally worthwhile.

The Ohana burger is phenomenal, with caramelized bacon and all the goodies! Also, the Oxtail Chili Cheese Fries is an explosion in the mouth!
