As one of the newer vendors in Grand Central Market's revamped space, Olio is bringing exceptional pizza to the Downtown crowd. The stall has been meticulously crafted, complete with hand-drawn signage and a small bar where hungry customers can devour slices of pie straight from the beautifully tiled wood fired oven. You can try one of Olio's famed combinations—the Margherita Plus, the Wild Mushroom & Crisp Proscuitto—or you can craft your own. But our favorite just might be Olio's breakfast pizza, which features sugar glazed pizza dough topped with ricotta and market fresh fruit. Pizza for breakfast? We'll take it.
