Chef Eric Johnson of Vietnamese fusion restaurant Stateside (one of the most sought-after reservations in Seattle) is taking over the Ace Hotel's Mezzanine at L.A. Chapter as part of the One Night Only pop-up series. Here, the restaurant invites some of the brightest culinary minds to commandeer the kitchen for one night only, and come May 9, chef Johnson will be crafting up a Vietnamese feast. The $75 tab includes a welcome drink and three courses of family-style fare, as well as an exclusive recipe keepsake signed by Johnson. Reserve a table for either the 7pm or 9pm seating.
