Time Out says

For starters, this isn’t your average cooking class. Held in the iconic Café Pinot kitchen, Ray’s and Stark Bar’s Executive Chef Viet Pham will zest his culinary expertise upon eager Angelenos in a three part cooking series. Named the “Art of Charcuterie,” foodies will learn how to de-bone, marinate, and prep dishes—guaranteed to make holiday cooking a little less daunting. Attend classes like Mortadella with Sriracha on Oct 17, Kaese Krainerwurst with Mustard on Nov 21, and Lamb-Chetta with Pickled Fennel on Dec 19 at $85 per guest. Enjoy your personally prepared dish with a fine glass of wine post class.
