The food at Pistola remembers its roots but takes its culinary cues from the great techniques of the present and into the innovations of the future. Familiar dishes like Shrimp Scampi, Linguine Vongole, Lobster Fra Diavolo, Dover Sole Francese and Veal Parmigiana are elevated to new levels. We use only the best imported flour, balsamic vinegar and Prosciutto San Daniele and our cheeses come from all over Italy.
