At her eponymous Torrance restaurant, Christine Brown has invented an original fusion of Asian, French and Southwestern dishes. She even sometimes discusses her philosophy of cooking while working at the stove in the centre of her restaurant. The menu changes, but the value and service do not: this is top-notch cooking at suburban prices.
