Join chef Eric Greenspan and pastry chef Jane Soudah for a night of cooking and eating fall-inspired dishes revolving around squashes, pumpkins and gourds. You'll learn how to make kuri squash risotto, pumpkin seed brittle, pumpkin custard and more—and, of course, you'll be able to chow down on your creations at the end of the evening. The event is part of Salted Live, an educational pop-up that offers attendees the chance to add to their recipe repertoire and enjoy a five-course meal.
