Chef Azmin Ghahreman claims to cook a truly global cuisine, and he has a better case than most. The food at Sapphire is an incomparable modern blend: everything from chicken pot pie to duck confit with cherry-chocolate mole sauce via Tunisian crab, all of it excellent. The location is lovely and the food extraordinary. Book early and show up on time.
