What if we told you that you could dine at Sqirl without waiting in their monstrous brunch line? It's hard to grasp, we know, but check it: On June 11, Brooklyn's popular oyster house and cocktail den Maison Premiere is teaming up with Sqirl's Jessica Koslow for a five-course dinner, complete with wine pairings. For $140, you'll be able to stick your fork into phenomenal dishes like venison and oyster tartare, chilled cucumber soup with shrimp and scallops, braised beef short rib and, for dessert, oven roasted peaches deglazed with brandy lemon verbana ice cream. Each course is paired with well-curated wines, and the dinner ends when the wines run out. Check out the full menu here.
