Chef Phillip Frankland Lee and pastry chef Margarita Lee have moved their popular Scratch|Bar + Kitchen from Beverly Hills to Encino. The tasting menu concept is still intact, offering multi-course meals for $145 per guest, as well as a trio of welcome cocktails and snacks at a bar exclusive to Scratch diners. Be sure to stick around for the additional trio of desserts made by Margarita, whose skill is worth a trip to the restaurant alone.
