Paso Robles rolls south to Encino on February 26, when two of the region's top winemakers pop up in Phillip Frankland Lee's Scratch Bar & Kitchen. The six-course, collaborative wine dinner will feature Saxum Vineyards and Turtle Rock Vineyards wines paired with Frankland Lee's dishes, which include oyster gratin with braised kale, hollandaise, brioche and caviar; coffee-crusted lamb chops with pickled currants, roasted Tokyo turnips and hibiscus; and Flannery Beef short ribs with sweet potato purée, roasted wild mushrooms and chermoula.
