Si! Paletas

Born out of her kitchen in summer 2013, owner Jennifer Roper, along with her partner Dominique, prepared the perfect, all-natural snack for her children: a Paleta. Now, the duo is bringing the traditional Latin American ice pop to Angelenos via their Silver Lake-based catering company, Si! Paletas. From non-dairy fruit flavors to cream-based selections, Si! Paletas offers seasonal sweet confections including pineapple mint, watermelon basil, and Mexican hot chocolate.
