My expectations are low when it comes to this type of establishment.  The type of place that is primarily a bar focused on serving alcohol and food/service is just an afterthought. Well this place took my expectations to a new low, all the way to the ground. Hell it took a shovel and buried them.

The place was already crowded and we were with a large group. My hubby and I found a small table and waited for about ten minutes and no one came to help us. I told him to try to find a menu while I went to the restroom. Well the path to the restroom crosses the area where the servers come out from the kitchen carrying food and I almost bumped into a server. I smiled and apologized. She gave me a dirty look and just kept walking. I was kind of bothered by her reaction but just figured she was in a bad mood. I sat back down at our table to find out that foul woman was our server. My hubby tried to grab her attention and she rudely told us to "hold on" as she walked by. We waited several more minutes and just decided to order our food at the bar. The menu was typical bar food that was slightly overpriced. I decided to get the $13 chicken salad. Hubby went to the bar to order and was ignored. He flagged down the blonde chubby bartender and she told him to wait a minute. She closed out someone's check and then walked over to a drunk lady sitting nearby. The bartender proceeded to pour herself a shot, take the shot and converse with the drunk lady. She was in no rush to tend to her paying customers. At this point we were starving, pissed and walked out. They really need to work on customer service and obtain some additional staff members for their busy nights.
