The coffee served at Tanner's is widely regarded as pretty good, but the secret is in the sugar. The shop carries a range of unusual syrups with which to flavour your hot or cold drink, and the range of pastries is laudable. There's Wi-Fi; still, since Tanner's is adjacent to a park and one block from the beach, you'll probably want your caffeine fix to go.
