Beer lovers, you'll want to mark September 13 in your calendars. On the heels of its one-year anniversary, Long Beach's 35-seat dining concept Taste Wine-Beer-Kitchen is teaming up with local watering hole, Beachwood Brewing, to host a one-night-only, ale-filled dinner. Unlike the greasy fare you usually guzzle down with a pint of your favorite brew, the chefs over at Taste WBK have something different in mind. Treat yourself to five courses of farm-to-table cuisine fit for the bon vivant, from a curried coconut seafood rassa paired with a Belgian blonde ale to a sticky toffee pudding with an American style red ale. With executive chef Brad Neumann helming the kitchen and sommelier Alicia Ajolo curating the pairings, you won't be disappointed.
