This casual spot has become a locals' favorite, and for good reason: the food is decent and, just as importantly, it's dished up in next to no time from a poshed-up canteen-style counter. Choose from something meaty and/or something salady, made from local ingredients, then repair to a nearby table with the food and a glass of wine. Best for lunch.

Tender Greens is a convenient restaurant for a quick, tasty meal. You typically order a salad (or side starch - again, lots of healthy options to choose from) and a protein (chicken, steak, ahi, etc), all of which are flavorful and marinated well. Vegetarian options as well.

They prepare the food in front of you (you move down the line from ordering to paying) so you can also browse the iced teas and desserts (brownies, cookies, etc).

For some reason I never feel super full after I eat at Tender Green's, but at least I feel relatively healthy. They have servers bringing you your food (you get a number for your table) but it is very casual and typically $12 - $15/meal.

You guys, I love tender greens. I absolutely love it. I'm here once a week, at least. Or having it postmated (did I just make up a verb?) to me. Their kale salad with the garlic dressing is amazing. And I love their hibiscus tea. It's quick, healthy and always good. They have locations all over so find the one that is closest to you and run to it haha. I personally love their salt and pepper chicken but all of their proteins are really good. Trust me, I've tried them all haha. But honestly, it's nice to have a "fast food" place that its healthy and easy. Tender Greens, you da best!
