It's rare for a restaurant to last a full decade, and rarer still for one to feel modern and fresh 10 years in. Of course José Andrés always was a bit of an exception, so it should come as no surprise that the world-famous chef's restaurant, the Bazaar, is still innovating and going strong. On Tuesday, Andrés and the culinary teams from his other Bazaar restaurants—Miami, Las Vegas and South Beach, for those keeping score—will descend on the flagship location here in Beverly Hills for a night of revelry, bites and sips that celebrate the brand's first decade.
Celebrate the Bazaar's 10th birthday with more than 20 specialty items pulled from the outposts' menus, including all four versions of the iconic air-bread "sandwiches": the Philly cheesesteak from L.A., the Cubano from South Beach, the reuben from Vegas and the bagel-and-lox flavor from Miami.
And if those unlimited bites make you thirsty, enjoy unlimited sips of cocktails ferried to you via roving bar carts. Finish with a nitro coconut floating island, or maybe just a fourth helping of that legendary foie gras cotton candy—either way, you can't go wrong.
