Just ok food outweighed by awful service.  While it was once a good standby for Chinese American food when the craving struck, it declined little by little, first with the actual food, then with the actual service.  I lived nearby and semi-frequently ordered delivery if I was too lazy for takeout.  It used to be fine and reliable--one of the few places that offered delivery and meant it, not farming out to an unreliable and unaffiliated service to do it for them.  Then, one night, I was recovering from vertigo (couldn't walk, let alone drive) and had a craving.  It took them over two hours for three items (because you had to hit their delivery minimum and then pay a delivery fee).  After an hour, I called them, they said they'd figure it out.  I called back, it rang and rang and rang.  Literally, I listened to it ring for five minutes.  I  hung up, called back, and then got a busy signal for the next 30 whenever I tried.  Finally, I get someone, they say the food will be there in five minutes.  I got no apologies, no free food (they told me I could call back after I got the food, because the 70 times I'd called earlier were for naught), nothing.  I was sick and starving and didn't bother to fight--this place wasn't worth anymore of my attention and still isn't today.
