Tsubaki x Florent Plageoles Wine Dinner

Enjoy off-the-menu dishes, beloved staples and a few more surprises when Echo Park izakaya Tsubaki serves a six-course meal in collaboration with winemaker Florent Plageoles of historic Domaine Plageole. Part of Sunday and Monday's RAW WINE Fair, this dinner will pair ocean-trout crudo; duck breast with sake-poached persimmons; soy-braised whole fish and more with natural wines from one of France's leading authorities on rescued grape varietals.
