Tullamore Dew Whiskey Dinner at Saddle Peak Lodge

Whiskey already walks that rugged-elegant line to perfection, so where better to enjoy some than in one of the city's most rugged-elegant settings? Saddle Peak Lodge, a hunting-themed hideaway of a restaurant, is hosting a four-course dinner that involves spiced pork tenderloin with rhubarb and snap pea mojo verde; butter-poached Icelandic cod; and mussel-and-sunchoke velouté. Each course will be accompanied by Tullamore Dew Whiskey, naturally, with an ambassador on hand to discuss the tipples' complexities.
