Union celebrates 1 year anniversary

How does Union commemorate their first year in business, a year that has seen the Pasadena restaurant land on multiple "LA's best new restaurants" lists? With a family feast, naturally. On March 10, chef Bruce Kalman will be serving a three-course meal (plus dessert), featuring favorites like the dreamy Grist & Toll polenta, porchetta, squid ink corzetti and pork meatballs, as well as new spring dishes that include beet and burrata capellacci.
