Valentine's Day Menu at Salt's Cure

For the romantic with a culinary conscience, the Valentine's Day menu at Salt's Cure is the perfect choice. Chef/owners Chris Phelps and Zak Walters's mission is to only use ingredients grown and raised in California, and their special dinner selections reflect this philosophy. Diners will enjoy a three-course menu with a seasonal soup or salad to start; an entrèe choice of fish or meat; and a dessert or cheese plate to finish. Still want more? A charcuterie board and grilled oysters can be added to the meal. Tack on wine pairings for $30 and you'll be seeing hearts.
