Time Out says

Pair your slice of hot rustic bread with decadent French- and Italian-inspired fare at the Montage Beverly Hills’ one-night-only seated dinner from executive chef Patrice Martineau and Scarpetta’s executive chef Freddy Vargas. Toast to the last Thursday in September with a swanky champagne soiree and passed hors d’oeuvres at 6pm, followed by a five-course dinner with premier wine pairings. The menu is slated to include highlights like citrus marinated Hamachi, porcini gnocchi with sage, pancetta wrapped duck, and an airy French meringue with vanilla custard and caramel glaze.
