We Have Noodles (CLOSED)

This once-weekly Smorgasburg stall is now a full-fledged restaurant slinging noodle bowls, shared plates, beer, wine and daily specials in the heart of Silver Lake. Find a casual atmosphere, a patio overlooking Sunset and Asian-leaning ranging everywhere from sweet potato lumpia to confit gizzards with ponzu and koji pickles. On the noodle front, find them in the form of beef pho with garlic oil and charred tendon; squash khao soi with pickled mustard greens; or veggie ramen with whole wheat noodles and matsutake mushrooms, or some variation thereof.  You may need a bib for all the slurping you've got ahead of you.
