When German waiter-made-good Wolfgang Zwiener moved into the area with a restaurant called Wolfgang's Steakhouse, celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck sued in the hope of forcing Zwiener to change the restaurant's name, arguing that diners may be fooled into believing it's a Puck operation.The court didn't bite: in June 2008, Zwiener won, and the name remains.
