Young Chef Competition Series

It's young talent at its finest: On Aug 27, four chefs will compete in Thomas Keller's ment'or Young Chef Competition Series. The competitors—all at the cusp of their career—include David Kneller, William Lansing, Skylar Stover and Michelle Tribble, while the judges include top chefs from across the country (Timothy Hollingsworth and Walter Manzke are among the roster). Competing chefs will be given black sea bass and a cooking time of 2.5 hours to impress the judges.
