The recently remodeled Zip, nestled into a mural-laden neighborhood of Downtown's Arts District, features tapas-style Izakaya plates that are perfect for sharing. A few sips of sake here, a few nibbles of sushi there, and suddenly it's midnight and you need a slice of pie from The Pie Hole around the corner. We're not judging.
