This super-hip outpost of home goods, art, skincare, clothing and accessories from husband-wife team Raan and Lindsay Parton (he’s the creative director of the highly curated neighboring men’s emporium Apolis: Common Gallery) is a welcome addition to Downtown’s Arts District. The bustling neighborhood is a bastion of wares for the aesthetically minded, including the shop’s own navy blue 1959 Fiat Abarth Spyder—the only of its kind in the US. Be on the lookout for Rodin’s much-loved Olio Lusso ($150) as well as items from brands like The Hill-Side and Gitman Vintage.

I would very much like to live in this shop. Beautifully curated lifestyle, home and personal goods from a variety of makers large and small are merchandised by an ace team with backgrounds at influential brands. There are always high-ticket art and fashion items which are more for inspiration (for me, at least) but also plenty of accessibly-priced items across categories, making it a go-to when shopping for a perfect gift for a stylish friend. The Warby Parker boutique inside the shop is certainly smaller than the Venice flagship but should still save you the hassle of sending away for home try-on specs.
