Two Italians from Bagnoli, Italy land on the West Coast to bring the tradition of mozzarella cheese making to Los Angeles. With a production facility in Hawthorne, Angelo & Franco supply some of the city's smaller restaurants and market chains (Whole Foods) with burrata, ricotta and a variety of mozzarella.
