Westfield Topanga is welcoming the Year of the Horse in style. The Valley shopping center is decked out in festive decor through February, and will host a lion and dragon dance performance (through Level 1 and ending with a grand finale in front of food hall Topanga Social) and give out lucky red envelopes to guests on February 15.
