Pillowcase Project

Attend the second annual Pillowcase Project charity event at the Sofitel in Beverly Hills’ lounge, Riviera 31. Sip on a cocktail and meet Michelle Campbell, the creator of the charity itself. The LA-based charity uses new and donated pillowcases to create dresses and send them with kits for young children in rural Kenya. The desired effect is two-fold: to instruct young women on how to make their own dresses and simultaneously empower and educate them. The silent auction will allow you to sponsor a child by buying dresses for them; these dresses will be on display during a mini children’s fashion show.
